This & That!

IT’S OUR ANNIVERSARY! We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know our doors opened as SMART 10 years ago on September 1st. We are now managing over 400+ properties and growing each week. We wanted to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for your continued trust and support. We have TRULY gained success and respect in the Las Vegas valley and we are now considered one of the premier property management companies in Las Vegas. Time flies when you’re having fun! SMART has an excellent staff and we are very excited what the future will hold for SMART!

Repairs to Properties: As properties are going into the turn over stage (in between tenants) it is imperative that when requested for utilities to be turned back on in your name, it MUST be done as soon as possible. At a minimum, we need the water and power need to be on. Also, If requested, there are times that we will have to contact you for additional funds to get the property back into rent ready condition. If requested, please send those funds immediately. Our goal is to have the property ready to rent within 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the amount of work). We need open lines of communication on both parts.

SMART HOLIDAY HOURS: Our offices will be CLOSED on Monday, September 3rd and we will reopen on Tuesday, September 4th. We wish everyone a fun, safe long holiday weekend and the end of Summer. Can you believe it? Where does the time go?

Owner Distribution: Since we have the long holiday, Owner Distribution is planned to go out on Monday, September 10th.
