Dear SMART Owners–there are a few items that we need to remind you of:

REPAIRS/PROPERTY TURNOVERS: As much as we would like to be the Bank of SMART–we cannot. Handling the number of properties we are managing, whether they are new SMART or existing properties we have been managing, it is imperative that if we need funds to complete the property–we must MUST have you fund your account in order to get these all completed in a timely manner.

Jeff, Maintenance Coordinator or Shannon, your Property Manager will be in touch with you and let you know how much to send to SMART. You can overnight a check, SMART can send to you a Paypal invoice to pay with a credit card, deposit into the Owners Account and we can give you that information, if you are local, drop funds here at the office. You have options. PLEASE remember-no funds, no work. SMART is trying to really keep costs down and giving you the best pricing for work being done. SMART likes to advertise a complete product and the tenants that view a property are excited and this is one of the reasons we are very well respected in the real estate arena.

IS YOU PROPERTY IN A HOT ZIPCODE: Recently there was a news report on a local channel about the prices of homes and the hottest zip codes. Here is the list:

#2    89052 and the #1 HOTTEST ZIPCODE RIGHT NOW  IS

#1    89031 (North Las Vegas) prices are still reasonable and the growth of North Las Vegas is only about 50%. Lots of room to expand. If you own a property in these zipcodes, CONGRATULATIONS! If you need to expand your portfolio, let us know as sometimes we have Owners who want to sell and deals can happen in the SMART office.
